Experienced Estate Planner,
Common Law State Practitioner*,
Intensively-Trained Transformational Coach
Bennett focuses his
Boulder, Colorado practice on Estate Planning. He is the sole estate planner in the 6-attorney partnership,
Stigler, Wussow & Braverman. As a common law practitioner, Bennett mentors clients on separate versus joint trusts, the use of revocable trusts in "probate-friendly" states, and building a practice that does not include court appearances at all.
Bennett has been practicing since 1993 and has seen a variety of economic markets that affect law firms. Prior to practicing, Bennett was the senior financial law firm administrator of a successful boutique law practice where cash flow and profitability were always the focus.
Bennett's rain-making focus has been almost exclusively on the referral-building model. He has built relationships with some of the most successful and influential planners, philanthropists, and community leaders in Boulder. Because almost all of his clients are highly recommended to him, nearly all of his consultations lead to engagements and the vast majority of his engagements lead to rich relationships with his clients.
Throughout his practice, Bennett has been involved as a student, volunteer and coach with an
internationally recognized transformational education organization. He helps his clients overcome obstacles that have plagued them for years in minutes.
