THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR
ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING PROGRAM


First we have a two-hour call to determine your commitments in your practice, and perhaps in your life, if you're willing to see how those two areas interact.  We want to look at your commitments because those are what give you your goals.  The same commitment might give you a very different goal depending on what other commitments its paired with. 

After your initial meeting, we meet one on one by phone once a week for the first three weeks of every week for 30 minutes.  At first, we may run over by a few minutes but eventually, we will make a strong effort to keep the coaching within 30 minutes because meeting time constraints is an integrity issue.  Being in integrity is a goal we have throughout the program.

For your weekly calls, we take our agenda from a combination of what is going on in your practice and from the strategic modules we have behind the scenes here.  We want to teach you what you need to know when it's relevant to you.  And we want to do more than teach.  We want to partner with you.  We can't do that if we're just following an agenda that has no connection to what is going on in real life.

On the fourth week of each month, we have a group call with either a heavily moderated discussion topic (no "pointless chitchat") or a guest speaker who brings great value (not "just another vendor").

If there is a fifth week, we use that week to revisit and revise your commitments.

In between calls, you will complete goal sheets, setting out three to seven goals for each week that you are absolutely committed to delivering on.  You will fax or email your goals sheets on Friday with your goals for the upcoming week and the results of your goals for the week just ending.

At the same time, we will be busy sending you blog articles, clippings, whitepapers, and bringing online new benefits like a participants-only area of the website with archived materials, a shared knowledge base, strategic and management forms, marketing samples and materials and much more!

From time to time, we will ask you to complete 2-5 minute surveys to help guide our time and efforts so that we are building the resources you value most.

THE PROGRAM FEES

Our mentoring program is designed to grow with you past the point where the fee is irrelevant because your revenues have increased so much. But we start with a six-month commitment to the program.  We ask for this commitment because many of the changes you may want to see in your practice will take at least three or four months to show up, and we don't want to lose you in frustration right when you were about to win the game.

The fee is $1,500 per month, due on the date of your first mentoring call, and on that date of every month thereafter.  You won't want to use your 30 minutes of mentoring time to make payment arrangements so please, always be sure to make your payment before your scheduled call time.  You can pay by credit card or check (so long as we receive it before your mentoring call) or EFT.

To encourage maximum commitment to the program, we are currently offering an 8% discount to any participant who pays for their six-month contract in full before their first mentoring call.  (This is an experimental program and may be discontinued at any time.)

Here's the REALLY BIG news!

Our Insiders heard about it first, but now we're sharing the information publicly.  Our first 10 participants, so long as they join by September 30, 2009, will receive an unbelievable perquisite. 

The first 10 participants who have paid at least their first month's program fee by 11:59pm on September 30, 2009 will be entitled to receive the $1,500 per month fee for LIFE*. 


We are planning to increase the fee to $2,000 for participant number 11 and subsequent participants.  But there will be NO fee increases EVER for the first 10 participants but you MUST join by SEPTEMBER 30!.  AND you will also get NO waitlist! 

Not only will participant 11 have to pay $500 more per month, s/he will have to wait at LEAST 6 MONTHS for an opening because the program is designed to run for only 10 participants at a time.

*so long as they are continuously enrolled in the program. In other words, if one of the first 10 drops out of the program, they will have to rejoin at the then-in-effect rate.
